MRI Done...Sick T

We found out at MRI this morning that Travis is battling something, his temp was 100.9F when the nurse started checking him over as they do each time. Since his lungs were clear and he was playing, we were a "Go" for MRI. Nolan woke up with fever and sore throat this morning and Barrett's battling virus #2, it really wasn't a surprise that T had something going on. This was T's 10th MRI in Salt Lake City, 12th overall.

MRI days are full of a range of emotions. I'm glad that T was doing good enough to have his MRI today and we not have to reschedule for another day (I was wondering that at times this morning). We know his tumor's progressing and my prayer is there are no unexpected negative surprises at this point. Hopefully the local radiologist reads continue like, nothing new appears or grows even faster than what we're dealing with already. The MRI images on CD will be sent to the National Cancer Institute for the volumetric analysis.

T did great during his MRI and after waking up from the sedation. Pics below of T's day pre and post MRI...check out the donut at the end. Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. May those that are sick in our house feel better and the rest of us NOT get what's going around.

Playing cars waiting to get the IV started.
IV is in, notice the car he picked as his prize for being so brave.
Watching cartoons waiting for his turn.
T's out, I love being able to hold him while he falls asleep.

Getting everything set
Going in.
After MRI
Eating Oreos while sleeping/waking up.
Donut time, notice the "U" shape.
