Big Changes Coming

Thank you for all your support of Travis and our family while we've been traveling to Salt Lake City for his medical care.  We have made 6 trips to SLC since the beginning of October for T's medical care.  We received official word today that our family will be moving to Salt Lake City.  Scott works for the National Weather Service here and he will be the Meteorologist-in-Charge of the Center Weather Service Unit in Salt Lake City. 

While this move is great for our family, especially Travis' medical care and a promotion for Scott, our hearts are heavy since we are moving away from our friends and family in this part of the country.   :'(   Several of our friends here have family and friends in the Salt Lake City area; hopefully, we can get together with them when they are in the area.  :)

We are still sorting through details, but it looks like Scott will report to work the end of April to beginning of May.  The kids and I are planning to stay back to let them finish the school year here.  However, that may change depending how quick our house sells.  We are checking into the hockey programs in Salt Lake City and looking for houses and schools. 

Thank you again for all your thoughts, prayers and support.  God's work is apparent for this move and new journey for our family.  We are so blessed to have this opportunity for our family.
