We had a nice dusting of snow at the house today, a reminder that it is fall and we're heading toward winter. It looks like the storm system will have moved out by the time we leave in the morning and should have a good trip back to Salt Lake City.
I heard from the research coordinator today and Travis' initial exam is scheduled for late Thursday morning. If we make it to Salt Lake City in time on Wed, we can meet with the research coordinator to sign the consent form and then get the orders for the blood work. T will have to have no food for 12 hours before his blood work (can have water), so we're hoping to be able to get that done first thing Thursday morning and then have breakfast and fun before his appt. If not, then we'll meet with the research coordinator Thursday morning, sign the consent, and then get blood work and breakfast before the exam. If the blood work looks good, then we'll pick up the medicine on Friday morning and head out to the hockey tournament.
